1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the R3SOLVE software platform ("Service") provided at https://r3solve.ai and operated by PoweredbyAI Tech Limited(a UK company with registered address at 211 Station Road, Harrow, HA1 2TP, United Kingdom), creating a business account, or connecting channel integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

R3SOLVE provides a multi-tenant SaaS workspace for managing business-to-customer communication across messaging channels, including WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Website Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and voice calling. Features include shared inbox routing, customer CRM timeline management, and team collaboration tools.

3. Business Accounts & Authorized Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your organization's account login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business entity and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and channel platform policies.

4. Third-Party Channel Integration & Meta Policies

When connecting third-party messaging services—such as WhatsApp Business API via Meta Embedded Signup—you agree to adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, and Developer Terms.

You must not use R3SOLVE to transmit unsolicited spam, illegal content, fraudulent communications, deceptive messages, or content that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Intellectual Property & Customer Data

R3SOLVE retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform software, user interface design, logos, and trademarks. You retain ownership of all business communication content, customer profiles, and media assets transmitted through your workspace.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, R3SOLVE disclaims all warranties, express or implied. R3SOLVE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, third-party API outages (including Meta platform downtime), or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination & Account Cancellation

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive messaging practices.
